Booking policy
Weekly rates, depending on villa and number of rooms (ask detailed conditions and cancellation policies to St Barth Properties). Note that these rates include the 5 % occupancy tax applicable in St Barth and the administration fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
All received deposits are non refundable. However, in the case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, deposits may be transferred to another stay, in the same villa, subject to availability within a period of one year from the arrival date originally scheduled.
