St. Barts Kicks Off Season with Seventh Annual St. Bart’s Gourmet Festival
The seventh annual St. Bart’s Gourmet Festival, to be held November 11-15, has announced this year’s featured chefs which include some of France’s very best culinary talent. These award-winning chefs will cook alongside local culinary teams at some of the island’s finest hotels and restaurants, preparing one-of-a-kind multicourse tasting menus. A St. Barts signature event, the Gourmet Festival celebrates the long-standing tradition of culinary excellence on the island while paying tribute to French gastronomy.
- This year, Chef Pierre Gagnaire has been named patron of the festival and will deliver opening remarks as well as serve as president of the jury for select events.
- The Chefs’ dinners will be held at Hôtel Le Sereno, Hôtel Manapany, Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France, Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf, Le Tamarin St Barth, Restaurant L’Esprit Saline and Nikki Beach Saint Barth.
“The St. Bart’s Gourmet Festival has long since celebrated traditional French style cooking and represents the very best of fine-dining, upscale hospitality and unrivaled island-atmosphere,” shares Nils DuFau, president of the Territorial Tourism Committee of St. Barts. “As the culinary capital of the Caribbean, we look forward to welcoming some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs to our signature event this November.”

During each evening, each chef will prepare a four-course menu at a fixed price of 95 euros per person and an eight-course menu at a fixed price of 130 euros per person. Reservations for the festival dinners can be made by directly contacting the festival’s partner hotels and restaurants.
