THE 8th EDITION OF THE SAINT-BARTH GOURMET FESTIVAL EMBRACING EXCELLENCE AND CONVIVIAL MOMENTS TO SAVOR AND SHARE
On November 10-14, 2021, the island of Saint Barthélemy hosts the 8th edition of the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival. Organized by the Saint Barthélemy Territorial Tourism Committee, the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival has developed over the past eight years into a culinary event renowned throughout the Caribbean and beyond. Each year, edition after edition, the festival has invited internationally acclaimed chefs to the island of Saint Barthélemy, establishing it as a leading destination for gourmet cuisine.
To defend the core values of the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival— excellence, sharing, conviviality, and authenticity—the following starred chefs will are the special guests this year: Pierre Gagnaire, Eric Frechon, Jean Imbert, Nicolas Beaumann, Jean-Rémi Caillon, Dimitri Droisneau, Sébastien Vauxion, Juan Arbelaez, Matthias Marc, and Marcel Ravin.
Over four days, these 11 leading French chefs will treat the island to fine dining while they serve as ambassadors for French cuisine.
Open to locals as well as visiting tourists (primarily from France, the United States, and Latin America), the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival orchestrates a series of exclusive dinners prepared by the chefs (invited for the occasion) in the kitchens of island hotels and partnering restaurants, as well as competitions that the public can attend.
Once again this year, The Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival will be a delicious occasion for the island of Saint Barthélemy and its inhabitants to exhibit the values that make the island special: excellence, sharing, conviviality, and authenticity.
